Frequently asked questions
Do our guests need an app?
No. The QR code opens your wedding page in the phone’s browser. Guests don’t need an account, just the guest code from the table card.
Do we get the photos in full quality?
Yes. Photos and videos are stored unchanged. At the end you download everything in one go.
Can we check uploads before they’re shown?
Yes. Nothing appears in the album or the slideshow until you’ve approved it, right from your phone.
Where are our photos stored?
On servers in Germany. After 12 months everything is deleted unless you extend. We remind you beforehand so you don’t lose anything.
What if the signal is weak at a countryside venue?
The page loads once and stays readable offline. Uploads continue as soon as there’s signal again.
When can we book?
We’re testing with our first couples right now. Everyone on the waitlist hears first when bookings open.
